• Production: 3 to 9 years of experience in API manufacturing processes.
• Quality Control (QC): 2 to 12 years of experience in analytical testing and laboratory management.
• Maintenance (Electrical & Mechanical): Candidates must hold a B.Tech degree with 4 to 8 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
• Research & Development (R&D): 10 to 12 years of core experience in API process development and optimization.
• Human Resources (Manager): 15 to 20 years of extensive experience in HR operations, preferably within the manufacturing sector.

2. Formulation Division

We have a leadership requirement for our OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) facility:

• FR&D (Manager) – OSD: Candidates must hold an M.Pharmacy degree with 10 to 15 years of comprehensive experience in Formulation Research and Development.
