Eligibility Criteria

• Education:

  • Graduate in any discipline (2020 to 2024 pass-outs only)

  • Not eligible: Postgraduates, undergraduates, or students currently pursuing studies

• Communication: Excellent English voice communication skills

• Technical Knowledge (Basics):

  • Email clients

  • Internet tools (browsers, hosting, domains, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls

• Resolve customer issues and provide support

• Reproduce and escalate product bugs

• Understand client processes and policies

• Maintain high service standards

• Work independently and in a team
