Job Description

Responsibilities

Perform data entry for personal, provider, and invoice information.

Validate and verify preauthorization, policy details, and claim information.

Identify duplicate claims and take corrective actions.

Investigate and interpret hospital contracts and claim discrepancies.

Escalate complex cases to relevant departments (HCS, TMT, Triage).
-
Detect overcharges, ineligible charges, or potential fraud cases.

Ensure data accuracy and compliance across platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Education: Only Non-Technical Graduates (e.g., B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BHM, B.Pharma, etc.)

Experience: 0–4 years (Healthcare/Claims/Non-voice roles preferred)

Skills: Excellent English communication (written & verbal), strong attention to detail.
