Responsibilities:
As a Medical Representative / Business Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our ethical pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the assigned territory. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and detailing pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and chemists within your territory, adhering to ethical guidelines.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently through effective sales strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors and pharmacists.
- Ensuring timely availability of our products at stockists and retail counters within your assigned area.
- Submitting accurate and timely daily call reports, tour plans, and follow-up updates to track progress and inform sales strategies.
- Organizing and conducting Continuing Medical Education (CMEs), doctor meetings, and other product awareness activities to educate healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about sales and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
For Freshers:
- Educational Background: B.Sc / M.Sc / D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and convincing skills.
- Attributes: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory headquarters.
For Experienced Candidates:
- Educational Background: Any Graduate (preferred)
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred.
- Track Record: Proven ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
- Network: Existing relationships with doctors and chemists in Ahmedabad/Gujarat is a significant advantage.
