We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:
1. Data Analyst I – Chennai (Office Based)
About the Role:
As a Data Analyst I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of data collected during clinical trials. You will be responsible for reconciling data from electronic data capture (EDC) systems and image data sources, identifying discrepancies, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute directly to the success of our clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform reconciliation between EDC data and image data.
- Identify discrepancies and raise queries to relevant cross-functional teams (e.g., Data Management, Project Management).
- Ensure 100% accuracy, quality, and adherence to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with Project Managers, Data Management teams, and Program Management teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Handle patient Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Provide support to internal project teams and assist with various cross-functional activities as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health sciences, data science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and meticulous attention to detail.
- Familiarity with clinical research principles and/or imaging data is a plus.
2. Statistical Programmer – Bangalore (Office or Home Based)
About the Role:
As a Statistical Programmer, you will be an integral part of our biostatistics team, responsible for developing and validating statistical programs using SAS, R, or Python. You will contribute to the preparation and review of Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), creation of derived datasets, and generation of statistical reports. Your expertise in statistical programming and commitment to data integrity will be essential to the success of our clinical trials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate statistical programs using SAS, R, or Python, adhering to industry best practices.
- Prepare and review Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs), ensuring alignment with study objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Create and manage derived datasets, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines and maintain data integrity throughout the programming process.
- Collaborate closely with biostatisticians and other cross-functional team members to support statistical analyses and reporting.
- Mentor junior programmers and support training initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Statistical Programmer within the clinical research domain.
- Strong expertise in SAS, R, or Python programming languages.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate technical information.
