Job Description
Job Title: Production Executive/Officer – Manufacturing
Department: Production (Tablet/Capsule/Ointment sections)
Location: Cherlapally Phase-3, Hyderabad, Telangana
Experience: Freshers & 4–5 years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Joining: Immediate
Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day production activities strictly adhering to batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR).
- Operate and maintain equipment including granulation, compression, capsule filling, coating, and packing lines.
- Ensure consistent compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain meticulous online documentation and ensure accurate yield reconciliation.
- Actively participate in qualification, validation, and audit-facing activities as required.
- Collaborate effectively with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Engineering, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless and efficient operations.
- Participate in troubleshooting manufacturing issues.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm) degree from a recognized university.
- For experienced candidates: 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) production. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- A comprehensive understanding of cGMP, documentation practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability and willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
