Responsibilities:
As an API Production Trainee, you will be an integral part of our production team, working under the guidance of experienced professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the daily manufacturing and production of APIs, adhering to strict Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
- Operating and monitoring various production equipment, including reactors, filtration systems, and drying units.
- Conducting in-process quality checks to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed batch records.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhering to all safety protocols.
- Supporting scale-up activities and participating in process optimization initiatives.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the production area, adhering to cGMP norms.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
- Actively participating in training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
- Identifying and reporting any deviations from SOPs or potential safety hazards.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background:
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology
- B.Sc. in Chemistry
- B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering
- Graduation Year: 2023, 2024, or 2025
- Experience: No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Academic Record: A strong academic record with a solid foundation in chemistry and chemical engineering principles.
- Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
