Open Positions at Ipca Athal Silvassa Formulation Plant:

We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals for the following positions:

1. Quality Control – Sr. Officer / Officer / Jr. Technician

  • Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Pharm / Diploma / ITI / HSC+SSC
  • Experience: 1–7 years
  • Key Responsibilities & Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with HPLC/GC (Waters/Shimadzu) and Empower software.
    • Proficiency in using Dissolution Testers (Electrolab/Sotax/Labindia), UV, IR, and KF Autotitrator.
    • In-depth knowledge of cGMP, cGLP, Data Integrity, and Regulatory Guidelines.
    • Knowledge of GCMS/LCMS is an added advantage.
    • Experience in Microbiology sections will also be considered.
  • Note: Freshers and candidates with API background will not be considered for QC positions.

2. Production (Tablet & Capsule) – Supervisor / Technician

  • Qualification: B.Sc / Diploma / ITI / HSC+SSC
  • Experience: 1–7 years
  • Key Responsibilities & Skills:
    • Operation and supervision of Compression (Fette), Granulation (Glatt/Ganson), and Coating/Imprinting machines.
    • Must have experience specifically in Tablets & Capsules manufacturing.

3. Packing (Tablet & Capsule) – Supervisor / Technician

  • Qualification: B.Sc / Diploma / ITI / HSC+SSC
  • Experience: 1–7 years
  • Key Responsibilities & Skills:
    • Operation of Blister (CAM/IMA), CVC, Cartonator, and Track & Trace machines.
    • Knowledge of packing documentation and QMS (Quality Management System).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in USFDA/MHRA/EDQM approved pharmaceutical plants.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
