Job description
Role & responsibilities :
- The Gmp Coordinator are responsible to ensure the effective implementation of cGMP Activities at site specifically in Manufacturing Block..
- To ensure the activities going on as per written & approved SOPs instruction and Parameters.
- To ensure that critical deviations, Incidents, Changes and CAPA are timely reported and if required investigation shall be performed case to case basis and resolved the problem in coordination with QA manager and document shall be closed as per the time frame of the respective SOPs.
- Review of online documentation in production and initiation of required documents as per the QMS.
- Preparation of Qualification documents of Equipments, Instruments and area as per the requirement.
- Ensure that no Data integrity issues like overwriting, Support to production team for cleaning as well as process validation including documentation.
- Preparation of the documents like SOPs, BPR, ECR, Investigation report in coordination with plant Head.
- Monitoring the implementation of quality management systems in all the departments.
