Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining the high-quality benchmarks that Alkem Laboratories is known for. The core responsibilities include:
- Quality Assurance (QA): Monitoring manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), conducting internal audits, managing documentation, and ensuring that all production activities align with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Quality Control (QC): Performing analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. You will be responsible for operating laboratory instrumentation, documenting test results accurately, and ensuring all samples meet specifications before release.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these roles, candidates must fulfill the following educational and professional requirements:
- Educational Background: A degree in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc is mandatory.
- Professional Experience: We are seeking candidates with 2 to 7 years of relevant work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Candidates should have a strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and laboratory practices.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in documentation, familiarity with analytical instruments (for QC), and a strong grasp of compliance procedures are highly valued.
