Role Overview

Roles & Responsibilities
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and quality of our manufacturing processes. Your primary duties will include:
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhering strictly to cGMP and global regulatory standards to ensure product integrity.
- Operational Execution: Managing batch initiation and day-to-day production activities within the clean room and PP areas.
- Technical Precision: Performing calibration of critical instruments and weighing balances to maintain manufacturing accuracy.
- Documentation: Reviewing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and validation protocols with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaboration: Coordinating seamlessly with QA, QC, and maintenance departments to resolve technical issues and maintain production schedules.
- Environmental Control: Monitoring cleanroom discipline and maintaining strict environmental controls to meet safety and quality benchmarks.
- Reporting: Preparing comprehensive production reports and maintaining accurate records of all manufacturing stages.
Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for candidates who possess the technical background and practical experience necessary to hit the ground running:
- Qualification: B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) or M.Sc (Organic Chemistry).
- Experience: 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in API Production.
- Essential Knowledge: Sound understanding of GMP guidelines, clean room operations, and effective troubleshooting strategies.
Key Skills Required
- Expertise in API production handling.
- Strong proficiency in BMR/BR documentation.
- Knowledge of instrument handling and calibration procedures.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams with strong communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining SOPs and safety protocols.
