Aurore Life Sciences Private Limited is pleased to announce a walk-in interview for motivated and talented professionals to join our Research and Development team. We are seeking dedicated individuals for positions ranging from Executive to Senior Executive levels to help us drive innovation, improve processes, and contribute to our expanding product development pipeline in Hyderabad.
Role Overview
Our R&D department is the cornerstone of our company, responsible for pushing the boundaries of scientific discovery and translating complex research into practical, market-ready solutions. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about organic chemistry and eager to work in a fast-paced environment where scientific rigor meets operational excellence.
For R&D Executives, the role focuses on supporting core experimentation, data collection, and day-to-day lab operations. For Senior R&D Executive candidates, the responsibility shifts toward project leadership, driving technical strategy, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our R&D team, your daily responsibilities will include:
Scientific Research and Development
* Participate in the planning and execution of experiments, product development trials, and process optimization activities.
* Collect, document, and analyze experimental data to ensure high-quality, reproducible results.
* Support all phases of development, including formulation, prototyping, and validation testing.
* Conduct literature reviews and competitive benchmarking to maintain an edge in technical innovation.
Documentation and Compliance
* Maintain precise records and prepare detailed technical reports in accordance with company standards.
* Ensure that all laboratory activities strictly adhere to industry safety, quality, and regulatory protocols.
* Assist in the management of intellectual property and provide documentation for patent filings or technical audits.
Project Management and Collaboration
* Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Production, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing.
* For senior roles, you will take ownership of end-to-end R&D projects, managing timelines, project budgets, and risk assessments from concept to commercialization.
* Facilitate the technology transfer process from the laboratory environment to large-scale production.
Mentorship and Strategy
* Senior staff will be expected to mentor and provide technical guidance to junior scientists and executives, reviewing their work to ensure excellence.
* Contribute to long-term business goals by presenting data-driven insights and innovative ideas to senior management.
Skills and Competencies
