Position Overview

• Department: Formulation Research & Development (FR&D)
• Designation: Team Leader
• Experience Required: 8–10 Years of core industry experience
• Location: Vizag (Relocation assistance/willingness to relocate is mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

As a Team Leader within our FR&D department, you will play a pivotal role in leading technical initiatives and overseeing the development lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Research: Conduct comprehensive literature and patent research to identify novel formulation opportunities and support product development strategies.
• Formulation Leadership: Lead end-to-end formulation development activities, including the execution of pre-formulation work and robust stability studies.
• Process Oversight: Manage and oversee the successful execution of scale-up activities and submission batches, ensuring strict adherence to project timelines and quality metrics.
• Technical Documentation: Author, review, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including development reports, master records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Compliance & Excellence: Uphold rigorous Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Ensure the laboratory and all processing areas meet regulatory benchmarks, while maintaining accurate logs, electronic records, and audit-ready data.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for inter-departmental coordination, working closely with quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Mentorship & Training: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring junior staff and continuously upgrading your own skills through professional development initiatives.
