Position 1: Warehouse Executive (Raw Materials)
We are seeking dedicated professionals to manage our Raw Materials section. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain standards within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of raw materials in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ensure accurate documentation and inventory tracking for all materials entering and leaving the facility.
- Maintain organized storage areas to ensure material integrity and safety.
- Coordinate with quality control and production teams to ensure timely supply of materials for manufacturing processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 2 to 6 years in warehouse operations.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in inventory management systems and a deep understanding of safety protocols related to chemical and raw material handling.
Position 2: Executive / Senior Executive – Instrumentation (OSD Pharma)
Our Engineering team is looking for talented Instrumentation experts to support our Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) facility. This role involves maintaining complex machinery and ensuring the high-level performance of our production infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine calibration and preventive maintenance on high-end OSD machinery, including RMG, FBP, compression, coating, and packaging lines.
- Troubleshoot and optimize PLC, SCADA, HMI, and VFD systems to ensure seamless production cycles.
- Maintain strict compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 and ensure that all engineering activities align with USFDA and MHRA audit standards.
- Develop documentation for all instrumentation tasks and maintain records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Educational Background: B.E. or B.Tech degree in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 8 years of relevant work experience in an OSD pharmaceutical environment.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with instrumentation troubleshooting, hardware diagnostics, and computerized control systems.
- Compliance Knowledge: Proven ability to work within strict regulatory frameworks and quality management systems.
