About the Role

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these positions, candidates must meet the following academic and professional requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: M.Sc in Organic Chemistry (First Class) or a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry.
- Experience: Candidates ranging from fresh graduates to those with up to 5 years of professional experience are eligible.
- Skills: A strong foundational knowledge of organic chemistry, analytical techniques, and a proactive attitude toward research and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
For R&D (Synthesis) Roles:
- Execute complex organic synthesis reactions within a laboratory setting.
- Work on the development and optimization of new and existing chemical processes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory documentation in compliance with safety and quality standards.
For ADL (Analytical) Roles:
- Conduct routine and advanced analytical testing using instrumentation such as HPLC, GC, and other relevant equipment.
- Perform precise analysis of chemical samples to ensure product purity and consistency.
- Ensure the highest level of quality control and data integrity across all analytical results.
