- Responsible for calling insurance companies in the US to collect the pending claims
- Handling patients billing queries and updating their account information.
- Skills Required:
- Minimum 1.6 Years experience in Healthcare AR Calling Voice
- Must have experience in Physician Billing & Denial Management
- Desired Candidate profile:
- Good Communication and Analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate should be willing to work in Night Shift
