Job Description:
- Program Manager who is capable of coordinating a cross functional team of scientists to deliver a product at a committed time within a committed budget.
- This will be based on a real time assessment of the risks associated with future decisions and gathering potential mitigation options working with SMEs.
- This individual shall have experience/familiarity with the developmental life cycle of Biotechnology products and thus formulate a planned program structure that helps different teams to deliver OTIF linked outcomes that ensure product launch on time.
- This individual shall also collaborate with senior management and other program managers to formulate a strategy of release of work into the system that best suits the long term strategic direction of the organization.
