Position Details
We are currently inviting applications for experienced professionals to join our production, packing, and engineering departments. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and compliant operation of our sterile injectable manufacturing lines.
Key Responsibilities
In these roles, you will be expected to perform hands-on aseptic operations and handle technical troubleshooting. Your core responsibilities will involve the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of sophisticated machinery and processes, including:
- Production and Filling Operations: Managing vial, cartridge, and Prefilled Syringe (PFS) filling machines, as well as liquid filling for vials and ampoules. You will also oversee powder filling operations and ensure precise rubber stoppering and sealing/capping machine functionality.
- Sterilization and Lyophilization: Monitoring and operating lyophillizers (including loading, unloading, and cycle monitoring) and utilizing autoclaves for both terminal and component sterilization.
- Aseptic Processing: Maintaining the integrity of our sterile environment through the proper use of isolators and mixing vessels.
- Inspection and Quality Control: Conducting manual or automatic visual inspections to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
- Packing and Engineering: Overseeing labeling and secondary packing equipment to ensure finished goods meet final shipment requirements. Performing technical troubleshooting to resolve equipment bottlenecks and ensure maximum machine uptime.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for these roles, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years and up to 8 years of relevant experience specifically within a sterile injectable manufacturing facility is required.
- Technical Proficiency: You must possess strong operational knowledge of the specific machinery mentioned above. A history of working in highly regulated environments (such as those requiring cGMP compliance) is essential.
- Troubleshooting Skills: We are seeking individuals who can identify technical issues in real-time and execute basic maintenance or adjustments to keep production lines moving.
- Compliance Awareness: A deep understanding of safety, hygiene, and documentation standards in pharmaceutical production is vital. We prioritize candidates who have a track record of strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
