Available Positions – OSD Department Only:
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following positions within our Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) department:
1. Production Operator (OSD)
- Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain OSD equipment including compression machines, coating machines, and blister packing machines.
- Perform capsule filling (automatic/semi-automatic) and sachet filling using Six Track machines.
- Work on liquid filling lines.
- Execute granulation processes using RMG and FBP (Wet & Dry).
- Complete BMR, BPR, and logbook documentation accurately.
- Conduct visual inspections and report incidents and deviations.
- Perform area and equipment cleaning as per cGMP guidelines.
- Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma (any stream)
- Experience:
- 2–5 years in pharma OSD manufacturing
- Salary Range:
- ₹2.5 – 4.8 LPA
- Key Skills:
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining various OSD equipment.
- Experience with capsule and sachet filling machines.
- Knowledge of granulation processes.
- Understanding of BMR, BPR, and logbook documentation.
- Familiarity with cGMP guidelines.
- Ability to perform visual inspections and report deviations.
2. Production Assistant Manager (OSD)
- Responsibilities:
- Oversee complete production planning and execution in the OSD department.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with USFDA and WHO-GMP standards.
- Lead and manage a team of production personnel.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations.
- Oversee documentation, CAPA, and change control processes.
- Implement strategies for yield improvement and process optimization.
- Qualifications:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
- Experience:
- 8–10 years in pharma manufacturing
- Salary Range:
- ₹7 – 9 LPA
- Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of OSD production processes.
- Experience with regulatory compliance (USFDA, WHO-GMP).
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of documentation, CAPA, and change control processes.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Hands-on experience in upstream & downstream fermentation (preferred)
