Job Description
We are currently conducting a comprehensive walk-in recruitment drive for various roles across our Quality and Production departments. We are looking for candidates who possess strong technical knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards in an industrial setup.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Quality Assurance (QA)
* Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
* Maintaining documentation and audit-ready records.
* Monitoring production processes to ensure product quality meets established specifications.
Quality Control (QC)
* Performing routine testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
* Operating laboratory instruments and ensuring the accuracy of results.
* Reporting deviations and ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
Production
* Overseeing daily operations on the manufacturing floor.
* Managing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal production output.
* Coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production targets while adhering to safety protocols.
Eligibility and Qualifications
We encourage candidates with a background in chemistry, engineering, or related fields to apply. The hiring process is designed to be inclusive, welcoming both entry-level freshers and industry veterans with up to 10 years of experience.
* Educational Background: Candidates must hold a degree in B.Sc, M.Sc, or a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
* Experience: 0 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
* Skills: Strong analytical skills, technical proficiency in chemical processing or lab testing, and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
