Division : ETP Operations & Maintenance
Preferred industry : Pharmaceutical/Chemical/Agro Chemicals
Job responsibilities :
1) Handled above 1500 KLD of ETP/ZLD operations
2) Ensure smooth operation of all unit operations of ZLD (ETP, RO, MEE, ATFD & Incinerator)
3) Hazardous Waste Management Daily rounding the plant in morning observed critical parameters andtroubleshooting problems
4) Daily check Lab parameters like PH,TSS,TDS,COD, turbidity, MLSS,MLVSS
5) Daily check chemical dosing rates, flow rates, tank levels,RO pressures and RO CIP cleaning status if any abnormalities observed and give advice to operational team.
6) Check shift wise plant operation log books and prepare daily and monthly
reports
