Roles & Responsibilities
- Production Oversight: Manage and supervise day-to-day API production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- Compliance & Quality: Strictly maintain and enforce cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards across all manufacturing phases.
- Documentation: Accurately manage batch processing records, logbooks, and comprehensive manufacturing documentation.
- Safety & Standards: Maintain rigorous laboratory and workplace safety standards, ensuring all protocols are followed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and other internal teams to ensure seamless production workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.E / M.Pharm.
- Professional Experience: 2 to 14 years of relevant experience specifically within the API manufacturing industry.
- Core Knowledge: Strong technical understanding of cGMP regulations, API manufacturing processes, and technical documentation requirements.
Key Skills Required
- In-depth knowledge of API production processes.
- Proficiency in GMP and safety compliance management.
- Expertise in batch manufacturing and detailed documentation.
- Strong team coordination and leadership skills.
