Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in our AR&D department, performing critical analytical tasks to support drug development. Key responsibilities include:

• Method Development & Validation: Design, execute, and validate robust analytical methods for various drug products.
• Analytical Studies: Conduct comprehensive method transfer and forced degradation studies to ensure product stability and quality.
• Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Quality Management System (QMS) guidelines throughout all research activities.
• Instrumentation: Proficiently operate advanced analytical equipment, specifically HPLC and GC systems.
• Data Analysis: Interpret complex analytical data accurately and document findings through detailed technical reporting.
• Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all documentation and laboratory processes align with current regulatory requirements and internal validation protocols.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess the technical expertise and academic background to hit the ground running:

• Education: M.Sc. or M.Pharm in Analytical Chemistry or a closely related pharmaceutical field.
• Experience: 2 to 6 years of direct, relevant experience in Analytical R&D.
  • Note: Candidates currently working exclusively in Quality Control (QC) are not eligible for this specific role.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in analytical method development, validation processes, instrument calibration, and data interpretation.
• Regulatory Knowledge: A solid understanding of international regulatory guidelines and documentation standards.
