Role & responsibilities
The role involves overseeing various end to end lifecycle of field staff including Reimbursement, Benefits & MIS.
Key Responsibilities:
Reimbursements of field staff’s expense bills as per company policy.
Maintain personal employee files for both active and inactive employees.
Maintain customer data using software such as SAP, ERP, or Inhouse application.
Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Conduct MIS, analytics, and prepare data presentations for meetings.
Ensure prompt disbursement of annual benefits like Bonus, LTA, and Leave Encashment.
Maintain 100% compliance with timelines and accuracy in all monthly activities.
Preferred candidate profile
- Computer Skills – Advance Excel, word and power point.
- Good communication & writing skills
- E-Mail and Letter Drafting
