Role Descriptions
We are currently hiring for three distinct levels within our production department:
1. Trainee Chemists (40 Positions)
This role is ideal for entry-level candidates and fresh graduates who are eager to launch a career in the pharmaceutical industry. Trainees will receive comprehensive guidance on plant operations, safety protocols, and standard laboratory procedures. It is a fantastic opportunity for those who are willing to learn and develop a strong foundation in manufacturing excellence.
2. Chemists (10 Positions)
We are looking for motivated chemists who possess a solid understanding of laboratory practices and analytical techniques. Successful candidates will be responsible for executing production tasks, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that all activities adhere to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines.
3. Shift In-Charge (10 Positions)
This is a supervisory role designed for experienced professionals with a background in pharmaceutical production. You will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, managing team performance, and ensuring that production schedules are met with precision. You must demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and a track record of improving productivity within a manufacturing setting.
Key Skills and Qualifications
For all roles, we are looking for candidates who exhibit the following core competencies:
* Technical Knowledge: A strong grasp of laboratory practices, basic analytical techniques, and familiarity with GMP/GLP concepts. You should have a proactive attitude toward learning and implementing quality systems.
* Operational Discipline: The ability to strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is essential to maintain the integrity of our manufacturing processes.
* Communication and Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are vital.
* Attention to Detail: Precision is critical in our field; you must be detail-oriented in your documentation and task execution.
* Flexibility: The nature of our industry requires a commitment to working in shifts.
* Leadership (Shift In-Charge only): Candidates applying for the Shift In-Charge position must have proven expertise in batch planning, daily production scheduling, production management, and driving productivity improvement initiatives.
