Walkin for Stores Executive on Monday -12th Feb 2024 and Tuesday – 13th Feb 2024

Designation : Stores Executive

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Receive, inspect, and appropriately store incoming pharmaceutical products and materials.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records. Review physical inventories periodically.
  • Raw/ Packing Shortfall & Procurement.
  • Daily Planning & internal communication with Production Dept. Dispensing of Packing Material to production Dept.
  • Receiving Raw & Packing Material as per our Order & Approved Vendor, & preparing GRN, & intimate to Q.C. Dept.
  • Follow up with QC Dept. for release of RM/PM availability.
  • Finished goods Monthly Statement for account Dept.
  • MIS Report.
  • Monitoring Non-Moving & Slow Moving RM & PM (Destruction of Expired Goods.)
  • Inventory control
  • Preparing Monthly report of Achievement Data & Abstract of Finished goods.
  • Preparing Invoices against the order received from the parties. Verify stock and deduction of raw material in ERP. Intimate to QC for analysis and prepare GRN.
  • Material transfer to loan license site with document.
  • Fill daily records required for stores department (daily balance calibration, temp & humidity, sanitation and fumigation records).
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory requirements related to the storage and handling of pharmaceutical products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including inventory records, receipts, and shipping documents.

Job Location : Thane West

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
