We are currently seeking experienced professionals to join our Stores Department to manage Raw Material (RM), Packing Material (PM), and Finished Goods (FG) operations.

Role Description
We are looking for detail-oriented and professional individuals to fill the roles of Assistant Manager and Executive. These positions are vital to the smooth functioning of our supply chain and manufacturing support processes. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of materials from receipt to final distribution, ensuring compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and internal safety policies.

Key Responsibilities
As a member of our Stores team, you will be expected to perform the following duties:

* Material Management: Oversee the systematic receipt, inspection, and storage of raw and packing materials, ensuring they are arranged according to their quality status.
* Dispensing Operations: Ensure accurate dispensing of materials in accordance with established Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
* Inventory Control: Conduct regular physical verification of stocks following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain high levels of accuracy.
* Quality Coordination: Maintain consistent communication with the Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) departments to ensure timely sampling, testing, and release of materials.
* Regulatory Compliance: Handle damaged, rejected, or expired items according to company policy and environmental safety regulations. Maintain comprehensive records for audits.
* Documentation and Systems: Prepare and update SOPs for store operations. You will also manage documentation regarding change controls and deviations. Familiarity with Material Tracking Systems (MTS) is essential.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain the storage areas for Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and Finished Goods in a clean, organized, and audit-ready condition.

Required Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for these roles, candidates must possess the following:

* Education: A Bachelor or Master degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm), or an equivalent scientific field.
* Experience:
* For Raw Material and Packing Material roles: 8 to 10 years of relevant industrial experience.
* For Finished Goods store roles: 2 to 6 years of relevant industrial experience.
* Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. You should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical store protocols.
