Job Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated Trainee for our Quality Control department. This role is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a science graduate to gain hands-on experience in a professional pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will support the QC team in ensuring that all raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods meet our rigorous internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
As a Trainee in Quality Control, your primary duties will include:
* Assisting in the analysis and testing of pharmaceutical materials using standard laboratory equipment and methodologies.
* Supporting the documentation process by maintaining accurate and detailed records of all testing activities in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
* Conducting routine checks to ensure that laboratory equipment is functioning correctly and is properly calibrated.
* Participating in the preparation of reagents and standard solutions required for day-to-day testing.
* Following standard operating procedures (SOPs) consistently to ensure safety and precision.
* Assisting senior analysts with investigations, data compilation, and the maintenance of a clean, organized laboratory workspace.
* Learning and adhering to all safety guidelines and environmental regulations mandated by the company and local authorities.

Qualifications and Skills
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Educational Qualification: M.Sc. in Chemistry.
* Experience: Freshers or professionals with up to 1 year of relevant work experience.
* Technical Proficiency: A solid foundational understanding of analytical chemistry principles and laboratory instrumentation.
* Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Documentation: Good written and verbal communication skills, with an aptitude for maintaining accurate technical logs and reports.
* Reliability: A professional demeanor with a strong desire to learn and grow within the pharmaceutical quality sector.
