Role & responsibilities
1. To monitor daily environmental records and opening, closing of department.
2. Adherence to GMP and SOP.
3. To maintain overall maintenance and upkeep of warehouse.
4. To ensure cleaning of area & its recording.
5. Receipt, storage labeling & GRN preparation of materials as per current SOP.
6. To prepare and keep update location chart for RM, PM & FG.
7. To follow FIFO/FEFO for stock rotation
8. Calibration/daily verification of balances and other equipment as per SOP & schedule.
9. Dispensing of raw as well as packing materials.
10. To prepare monthly stock statements & doing SAP entries.
11. To ensure safe handling of equipment and materials in warehouse.
12. To make entries in daily logbooks.
13. To complete the software entries related to inventory in time.
Preferred candidate profile Candidate must have hands on experience into Dispensing , warehouse activities of pharmaceutical industry.
