Role and Responsibilities
As an Executive or Senior Executive in our API Production unit, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end manufacturing process. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Production Oversight: Executing API production activities in strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Equipment Handling: Managing the operation of key production machinery, including reactors, centrifuges, and dryers.
- Documentation: Meticulously maintaining Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Process Monitoring: Continuously monitoring batch processes to ensure product quality and strict adherence to organizational safety standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with the Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth and efficient production cycles.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Education: B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry or B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in API or Bulk Drug manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of GMP and batch processing, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
- Preferences: We are specifically looking for male candidates who are flexible and willing to work in shift rotations.
