Job Summary

Smilax Laboratories, a leading research-driven pharmaceutical company, is hiring dynamic professionals for its Hyderabad facility. We specialize in the manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), intermediates, and Novel Drug Delivery Systems (NDDS). We are currently seeking qualified candidates for multiple full-time roles in Manufacturing, Analytical Research & Development (AR&D), and Quality Control (QC). Job Roles & Departments

We are looking to fill approximately 15 vacancies across the following departments:

1. Manufacturing

  • Designation: Chemist / Sr. Chemist / Shift In-charge
  • Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
  • Experience: 2 – 7 Years
  • Vacancies: 6
  • Requirement: Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the bulk drug industry.

2. AR&D (Analytical Research & Development)

  • Designation: Chemist / Sr. Chemist
  • Qualification: M.Sc
  • Experience: 2 – 6 Years
  • Vacancies: 5
  • Key Skills: HPLC, GC, LCMS, GCMS, Method Development, Nitrosamine analysis, and impurity identification per ICH guidelines.

3. QC (Quality Control)

  • Designation: Trainee / Chemist
  • Qualification: M.Sc
  • Experience: 0 – 3 Years
  • Vacancies: 4
  • Requirement: Hands-on experience in the bulk drug/API industry is preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Gender: Male candidates are preferred for these roles.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong fundamental knowledge of pharmaceutical processes, analytical chemistry, and regulatory compliance.
  • Skills: Expertise in API manufacturing, method development, quality testing, and instrumentation (HPLC, GC, etc.).
