Job Description:
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of computer operating system and MS office application.

- Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish a set goal
- Flexible with time and ready to work in shifts
- Ability to follow process manuals, comprehend instructions and take appropriate actions
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
Job Responsibilities for Back Office Advisor :-
- Review task and exceptions following guide and take appropriate actions
- Track the reminders and review them on time
- Flexible to work in different types of activities to meet customer requirement
- Attending quality sessions to be aware of any process update or changes
- Work on competency and skill development
- Identification of the process blockers and suggest solutions for better result
- Achieving daily productivity targets with highest focus on accuracy. Maintaining shift timings
