Job Profile: QC Executive/ Sr. Executive [depends on the experience]
Reporting to: General Manager_ Plant
Role & responsibilities
- Checking analytical protocols
- Calibration of equipment and instruments.
- Checking compliance of SOP Preparations.
- Checking for ATR (All time readiness) & Implementation of GLP system as per laid standards
- Training & evaluation of SOPs/ GLP /GMP & general practices.
- To be a part of Internal Audit & External Audit to upgrade the compliance level, including for plant self-inspection and Quality Audits.
- Handling & close out of OOS.
- Handling of Deviations, Change Controls Market complaints and failure investigation.
- Control validations execution.
- Review & received of method validation data, stability protocols, and sampling protocols.
- Review of Trend analysis, Annual Product Report
- Review compilation data for stability studies.
- check online status of Control samples of RM, PM and scheduling of Accelerated and long-term Stability Studies.
- Ensure and control Good laboratory practices in QC laboratory.
- Ensure the Installation, Operational and Performance Qualifications of Equipment related to laboratory (HPLC, GC, FT-IR etc.).
Preferred candidate profile
- M.sc Chemistry with minimum 5 years of industry experience
- Possess excellent interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting and team building skills with proven ability in establishing quality systems
- Able to work as an individual contributor and at times help the juniors to get the work done
- Must be staying near Ranjangaon, MIDC, Pune location
- Someone who can join 0-15 days
