Roles and Responsibilities
As a Trainee, your primary objective is to learn and support critical operational processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in end-to-end manufacturing and production activities.
- Supporting R&D scientists and Quality Control teams with data and sample analysis.
- Strictly adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all safety/regulatory guidelines.
- Operating and maintaining equipment within packing, warehouse, or engineering departments.
- Preparing accurate documentation, logs, and technical reports.
- Participating effectively in shift-based operations to ensure continuous production.
Eligibility Criteria
We are looking for dedicated candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Batch: Pass-out years 2023, 2024, and 2025.
- Experience: Freshers only.
- Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma (Mechanical or Electrical)
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences)
- B.Pharm
- B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Gender: Male candidates only.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in shifts.
Key Skills Required
- Fundamental knowledge of Pharmaceutical or Biotech processes.
- Strong awareness of manufacturing environments.
- A proactive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn.
- High level of discipline, punctuality, and the ability to work as part of a team.
