Role Description
We are currently conducting a walk-in interview drive for the Production Department at our facility located in Karakhadi, near Vadodara. This role is designed for professionals who have a strong background in API manufacturing and are looking to advance their careers within a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing batch processing, ensuring compliance with international quality standards, and maintaining optimal equipment performance. You will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring that all products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with the regulatory requirements mandated by the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
Execution of Batch Processing: Overseeing and managing complex batch processes to ensure consistent high-quality output.
Quality and Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and maintaining high standards within clean room environments.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed production logs, batch records, and other relevant documentation to meet regulatory audit requirements.
Troubleshooting: Identifying operational bottlenecks or technical issues in the production line and implementing effective, timely solutions to minimize downtime.
Operational Coordination: Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering, to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
Safety Protocols: Implementing and monitoring standard safety procedures to ensure a secure working environment for all staff members.
Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Educational Background: A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering or a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Organic Chemistry.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in a production role specifically within the API pharmaceutical industry. Experience in the PP (Process Plant) area is highly preferred.
Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of API manufacturing equipment, batch processing techniques, and clean room practices.
Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative mindset to coordinate with diverse teams.
Regulatory Awareness: A strong commitment to quality, integrity, and following regulatory documentation processes.
