Total 0-8 years of US Mortgage Origination experience including 3 years of experience in Mortgage Underwriting / Processing / Closing
Experience (Origination/Pre UW):
- Processor-0.3.5 Years
- Senior Procesor-4 to 8 Years
Fresher with Good Communication, Ready to work in Night, Required with Provisional/Consolidated Mark Sheet is Must
Experience in US Mortgage Originations –
work experience in Loan Setup, Appraisal review, CD review process
work Experience in Pre-UW, calculating borrower Base income, overtime, Commission and other income from Paystubs, W2 and WVOE, Verifying Assets from Bank statement, supporting documentation for closing
Job description:
Manually underwrite complex transactions to ensure the loan meets established guidelines
Compute income and debt ratio calculations following program guidelines and ability to repay requirements
Perform mortgage credit analysis without the assistance of AUS
Maintain production goals & standards in accordance with established SLAs and metrics.
The candidate may be required to perform other job-related tasks
