- Processor-0-3 Years (Fresher with good communication Skills, Degree completed candidates with Provisional certificate/Consolidated Mark sheet is Must)
- Sr Processor – 4 to 9 years
Job description:
- Should have deep knowledge in loan underwriting/ Pre UW /Origination/Servicing
- Compute income and debt ratio calculations following program guidelines and ability to repay requirements
- Expertise in compliance, TRID guidelines (fees)
- Perform mortgage credit analysis without the assistance of AUS
- Maintain production goals & standards in accordance with established SLAs and metrics.
