Role Overview
Startek is currently inviting applications for the position of Customer Support Associate. As a Customer Support Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are handled with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. This position offers a work-from-home arrangement, provided the candidate meets the necessary technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service while representing our brand. Your daily duties will include:
* Professional Communication: Engaging with customers via various support channels to provide accurate information and guidance.
* Issue Resolution: Identifying, investigating, and resolving customer queries, complaints, and concerns within the organization’s defined timelines.
* Attitude and Empathy: Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even when handling challenging situations.
* Documentation: Recording every interaction accurately in our internal systems to maintain a comprehensive history of customer accounts.
* Process Compliance: Strictly adhering to communication scripts, operational process guidelines, and quality standards established by the company.
* Performance Targets: Consistently meeting predefined goals for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
* Escalation Management: Identifying complex issues that require further investigation and escalating them to the appropriate departments or senior management as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
* Education: A bachelor’s degree in any stream is required.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with customers and manage relationships effectively.
* Business Acumen: A sound understanding of e-commerce platforms and a basic knowledge of common products sold online.
* Sales Mindset: An ability to think critically and apply a sales-oriented approach to customer interactions.
* Technical Requirements: Candidates must have a reliable home office setup, including a stable internet connection and a functional computer, to support the work-from-home requirement.

Please note that we are conducting a Mega Walk-in Drive for this position. We do not offer virtual or remote interview processes at this stage. Interested and eligible candidates must visit our office in person for a face-to-face round of interviews.
