Available Departments and Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for the following departments to support our daily operations and maintain our high standards of product quality:
Production and Manufacturing
The production team is the backbone of our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the manufacturing processes, ensuring that daily output targets are met while strictly adhering to safety and quality guidelines. You will learn to operate industrial machinery, maintain documentation, and ensure that all production activities follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Quality Assurance (QA)
Quality is our top priority. As a member of the Quality Assurance team, you will play a critical role in monitoring our production processes to ensure that all pharmaceutical products meet the highest safety and regulatory standards. You will be responsible for documentation, maintaining strict compliance protocols, and conducting regular checks to ensure that all processes are aligned with company policies and industry regulations.
Warehouse and Stores
The warehouse department handles the critical movement, storage, and inventory management of raw materials and finished goods. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring proper storage conditions, and coordinating the smooth supply chain operations that keep our manufacturing units functional.
Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for these entry-level positions, applicants must meet the following educational and experience requirements:
For Production and Quality Assurance (QA)
We are looking for candidates who hold a B.Sc. in Chemistry or a Diploma in Chemical Engineering. A strong academic background in these fields is essential to understand the technical aspects of our manufacturing and compliance processes.
For Warehouse
We are looking for candidates who hold a B.Com or M.Com degree. A background in commerce is preferred to effectively manage the documentation, logistics, and inventory control requirements associated with our warehouse operations.
General Requirements
This position is specifically designed for fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience. We also encourage candidates currently working on a contract basis who are looking for a transition into a more permanent and long-term career path to apply.
