Job Overview
We are currently hosting a mega walk-in drive for motivated and technically inclined professionals to join our International Voice Service Desk team. As a Technical Support Associate or Senior Technical Support Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for our international clients, providing high-quality technical assistance. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about problem-solving, possess excellent communication skills, and are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling L1 and L2 technical support queries. Your daily tasks will include:
* Technical Troubleshooting: Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, identifying the root cause of technical issues, and providing timely, effective solutions.
* Service Desk Operations: Navigating and utilizing ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM, or CA Service Desk to log, track, and resolve incidents.
* User Account Management: Performing tasks within Active Directory, including user management, password resets, and account unlocks.
* Software and OS Support: Providing comprehensive support for Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams) and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems (7, 8, and 10).
* Infrastructure and Connectivity: Assisting with VPN, Citrix, and Exchange server issues, as well as providing hardware and network troubleshooting for LAN, printers, and various peripheral devices.
* Remote Support: Utilizing remote desktop tools to assist users with laptop, desktop, and mobile device configurations.
* Security and Maintenance: Supporting basic antivirus management, patch management, and SCCM-related tasks.
* Documentation: Ensuring all incidents are accurately documented and that service quality remains in line with established ITIL processes.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Fresh graduates are welcome (Note: Applicants must have completed their education; we are not hiring candidates currently pursuing a degree).
* Experience: We are looking for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience specifically in an international voice technical support environment.
* Communication Skills: You must possess a high level of proficiency in spoken and written English to interact effectively with international clients.
* Flexibility: The role requires a willingness to work in a 24/7 environment with rotational shifts, including night shifts.
* Location: This is a strictly work-from-office role based in Bahadurpally, Hyderabad.
* Availability: We are looking for immediate joiners who can begin their professional journey with us without delay.
* Technical Aptitude: A foundational understanding of general technical issues and IT infrastructure is essential.
