Job Overview
We are currently filling 20 immediate openings for the Production department. These roles are ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in API or intermediate manufacturing who are eager to contribute to a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be responsible for the seamless execution of manufacturing processes while maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. Primary duties include:
- Operational Execution: Perform critical unit operations including reactor charging, filtration, centrifugation, and drying.
- Batch Management: Execute batch manufacturing processes strictly in accordance with BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) and BPR (Batch Packaging Records).
- Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor and record critical process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and RPM to ensure product quality.
- Compliance & Safety: Maintain strict adherence to SOPs, GMP, and EHS protocols, ensuring data integrity is never compromised.
- Documentation: Accurately maintain all production-related documentation and batch records.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the QA/QC departments to facilitate sampling, in-process checks, and timely troubleshooting.
- Optimization: Actively contribute to yield improvement initiatives and cost optimization strategies to drive efficiency.
- Audit Readiness: Ensure the production floor is always audit-ready and compliant with internal and external regulatory requirements.
