Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year strategy and quarterly product roadmaps for the LIMS platform.
• Design scalable workflow engines, APIs, and robust data models.

• Translate complex laboratory workflows into clear software product requirements.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and retirement.
• Ensure full compliance with industry standards (HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, ISO 15189, and data integrity).
• Monitor KPIs, including turnaround time, platform adoption, and system reliability.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–7+ years of experience in product management.
• Technical Skills: Agile methodologies; proficiency in Jira/Confluence and SQL; knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, LOINC, SNOMED).
