Role Overview: Production and Packing
As an Apprentice in our Formulation Plant, you will gain direct exposure to the manufacturing and packaging processes of high-quality pharmaceutical products. You will work within a professional, safe, and regulated environment, adhering to international industry standards. This role focuses on skill development, allowing you to understand the operational nuances of a large-scale production unit.
Qualifications and Eligibility
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic freshers to join our team. To be eligible for this apprenticeship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- Educational Background: We welcome candidates with diverse academic backgrounds, including:
- 10th Pass
- 12th Pass
- ITI (Any Trade)
- Diploma Holders
- Graduates (BA, B.Com, B.Pharm, or other streams)
Compensation and Benefits
Cadila Pharmaceuticals values the contributions of our trainees. We offer a structured monthly stipend based on the candidate’s educational qualification to support their professional journey:
- 10th Pass: ₹9,000 per month
- 12th Pass and ITI Holders: ₹11,000 per month
- Diploma Holders: ₹11,000 per month
- Graduates: ₹15,000 per month
