Ltd. is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Microbiology and Quality Control (QC) teams at our manufacturing facility in Cherlapally, Hyderabad. Responsibilities

Microbiology Department

• Perform comprehensive microbiological testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished pharmaceutical products.
• Conduct routine environmental monitoring and microbial limit testing to ensure a sterile production environment.
• Manage sterility testing procedures, including the preparation of culture media and incubation.
• Ensure all laboratory activities strictly adhere to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and regulatory microbiology standards.
• Maintain accurate, detailed laboratory documentation and test records in compliance with internal and external quality protocols.

Quality Control (QC) Department

• Execute analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory instruments, including HPLC, UV spectrophotometers, and other essential QC equipment.
• Ensure meticulous upkeep of QC documentation, logbooks, and laboratory records.
• Maintain compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), GMP, and all relevant regulatory guidelines.
• Support the technical team in investigating Out-of-Specification (OOS) results, ensuring timely documentation and resolution.

Requirements

Qualifications

We welcome applications from candidates who hold the following degrees:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• B.Sc / M.Sc in Microbiology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences
• Other relevant Life Sciences degrees

Experience

• 0 to 7 years of relevant experience.
• Freshers: We encourage recent graduates with a strong academic background and a passion for pharmaceutical quality to apply.

Skills

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical QC testing methodologies and microbiological techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of GMP, GLP, and general regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail regarding laboratory documentation.
• Basic knowledge of quality assurance procedures in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented, high-compliance manufacturing environment.
