Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS) is seeking a highly motivated and analytical professional for the position of Analyst within the Trial Analytics, Insights & Planning (TAIP) team in Hyderabad, India. Key Responsibilities

The Trial Analytics Analyst will support the execution and optimization of global clinical trials. Core responsibilities include:

  • Trial Feasibility & Planning: Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies and operational planning to ensure trial success.
  • Performance Analytics: Develop forecasting models, track enrollment trends, and manage performance dashboards to provide real-time insights.
  • Strategic Modeling: Perform site tiering, patient population sizing, and eligibility assessments to inform site selection.
  • Operational Optimization: Analyze protocol feasibility, evaluate study design trade-offs, and contribute to country-mix and cost-related analyses.
  • Supply & Logistics: Assist in clinical supply forecasting and logistics analytics to ensure trial continuity.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Monitor and analyze competitor trials, site burden, and recruitment challenges to maintain a strategic advantage.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global teams in clinical operations and data science to provide data-backed recommendations.
  • Tool Utilization: Leverage advanced analytics tools, Excel, and visualization software to turn complex data into actionable business insights.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who possess strong analytical capabilities and a drive to solve complex challenges in the healthcare space.

Education:
An advanced degree is preferred, specifically:

  • MSc (Life Sciences, Biostatistics, or Analytics)
  • MPH (Public Health)
  • PharmD / MPharm
  • PhD (Life Sciences or Data Science)
  • MBA (Healthcare or Analytics focus)

Experience:

  • 0–3 years of professional experience in healthcare analytics, clinical research, or consulting.
  • Internships or academic projects involving clinical trial data analysis will be considered a significant advantage.

Required Skills:

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data interpretation, visualization, and dashboarding.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional team environment.
