### Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated professionals to handle technical support queries. As a member of the Service Desk team, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining system functionality.

This role requires individuals who are comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift environment, including night shifts. You will be expected to work directly from our office locations in Bangalore, Pune, or Mysore.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support for Microsoft tools, including Outlook, Windows, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
* Utilize Azure Active Directory for user and access management.
* Manage and resolve incidents using the ServiceNow ticketing tool.
* Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues, including VPN, TCP/IP, and OSI model-based problems.
* Maintain clear and professional communication with global users through both written and verbal channels.

### Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

* Education: Any full-time graduate degree (Candidates must have their degree certificate in hand; no active backlogs allowed).
* Experience: 0 to 4 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in L1 or L2 technical support.
* Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of Microsoft applications and basic networking concepts.
* Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
* Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
