Responsibilities

Production (Upstream & Downstream)

• Operate and monitor advanced equipment, including bioreactors, fermenters, centrifuges, and homogenizers.
• Manage chromatography systems and ensure precise execution of aseptic filtration processes.
• Oversee the efficient execution of production batches while adhering to strict safety and operational protocols.

Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC)

• Execute analytical testing using HPLC and electrophoresis techniques.
• Conduct microbiological testing and perform thorough reviews of manufacturing documentation.
• Maintain rigorous compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and manage QA-QMS systems.
• Supervise In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities to ensure product integrity.

Filling, Packaging, and Visual Inspection

• Operate specialized filling machinery and perform routine steam sterilization.
• Manage secondary processes, including vial labeling, blister packaging, and serialization.
• Conduct detailed visual inspections and check-weighing to ensure product quality standards are met.

Requirements

We are looking for dedicated candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Experience: 2 to 10 years of relevant professional experience within the biopharmaceutical industry.
• Educational Qualifications:
  • M.Sc (Biotechnology or Microbiology)
  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm
  • B.Tech (Biotech/Related fields)
  • Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
