Qualification Requirements
- Educational Background: M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry.
- Experience: Mandatory 2–4 years of proven hands-on experience specifically within an Analytical R&D environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate strong technical knowledge and practical laboratory exposure to be considered for these roles.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a member of our Analytical R&D team, you will be expected to:
- Method Development: Design and develop robust analytical methods for various chemical compounds.
- Lab Operations: Execute complex experiments utilizing advanced instrumentation, including HPLC, LCMS, and Preparative HPLC.
- Project Execution: Actively contribute to ongoing analytical research projects, ensuring high-quality scientific output.
- Data Management: Interpret analytical data accurately and maintain meticulous documentation of all laboratory results.
- Compliance: Strictly adhere to international laboratory safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Skills Required
- Advanced proficiency in HPLC and Prep HPLC.
- In-depth experience with LCMS (Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry).
- Proven ability in Analytical Method Development.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of laboratory techniques and chemical safety.
- Excellent technical documentation and reporting skills.
