Responsibilities

We are hiring across multiple departments. Depending on your specialization, your responsibilities will include:

Manufacturing & Packing (Operators & Officers)

• Manage solid dosage manufacturing processes, including granulation, pellet coating, compression, and capsule filling.
• Oversee blister and secondary packing operations while ensuring compliance with USFDA manufacturing standards.

Quality Control (Sr. Officer / Officer)

• Perform rigorous analysis of solid oral dosage forms, including Finished Products (FP), Raw Materials (RM), in-process samples, and stability testing.
• Conduct analytical method validation and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Quality Assurance (Sr. Officer / Officer)

• Manage validation and qualification activities.
• Handle documentation for DRA/ITQA and ensure adherence to USFDA plant requirements.

Maintenance (Plant & HVAC)

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for key equipment such as compression, coating, and blister machines.
• Maintain HVAC systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and utility equipment, including copper piping and ducting.

Stores / Warehouse (Associate)

• Coordinate the storage and handling of raw materials and packaging supplies.
• Manage operations within the Finished Goods (FG) section of the pharmaceutical formulation warehouse.

Requirements

We are looking for dedicated professionals with the following educational backgrounds:

• For Officer/Sr. Officer Roles: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc degrees.
• For Operator/Technician Roles: ITI, Diploma, or 10th/12th grade completion.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
