Responsibilities

As a Research Associate, your core focus will be the execution and documentation of analytical activities to support our pharmaceutical formulations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analytical Development: Execute analytical method development and validation procedures, with a specific focus on HPLC techniques.
• Dissolution Testing: Perform precise dissolution testing for various pharmaceutical formulations to ensure product quality and efficacy.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain rigorous compliance with ICH guidelines (particularly Q2 for method validation) and uphold standards required for USFDA, EU, and ROW regulatory submissions.
• Protocol Execution: Carry out method validation protocols strictly adhering to internal and industry-standard operating procedures.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous laboratory records and provide accurate data analysis for ongoing R&D projects.
• Collaboration: Work alongside the R&D team to support the timely completion of projects and contribute to the high quality of our research output.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a strong technical background and a proactive approach to research.

• Educational Qualifications: A degree in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific discipline).
• Professional Experience: 2–4 years of relevant work experience within a pharmaceutical R&D or analytical laboratory setting.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Hands-on expertise in operating and troubleshooting HPLC systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in performing dissolution testing.
• Knowledge Base:
  • Solid understanding of ICH Guidelines, specifically regarding method validation.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory requirements and documentation standards for major markets, including USFDA, EU, and ROW.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
